Andrew J. Rodnite, Jr.

 

Andrew J. Rodnite, Jr. was born in Ft. Dix, N.J., and moved to Florida in 1979. Andrew received his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Florida in 1982, and his Juris Doctor Degree from Stetson University College of Law in 1985. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1985, and to the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida and United States Court of Appeal, Eleventh Circuit, in 1986.

Andrew has developed an expertise in appellate law and is a charter member of the Florida Bar's appellate practice section. In 1994, Andrew was part of the first group of attorneys to be awarded board certification in appellate practice by the Florida Bar. Andrew has served as lead attorney in more than 100 appellate proceedings in many of the appellate courts in the State of Florida.

Andrew is also a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, and the Clearwater Bar Association. He has been active in Rotary International and has served in various leadership capacities in that organization, including serving as his club's president. Andrew is a graduate of Leadership Pinellas and is also involved in various leadership positions in his Church.

In addition to appellate law, Andrew's practice areas include all aspects of civil law, including litigation, family law matters, and estate administration.

Andrew and his lovely wife, Molly, reside in Dunedin, Florida with their three daughters.
